Token Swap Feature Suspension for Singaporean Users
It is with a heavy heart that Hodlnaut will be suspending its token swap feature for all Singapore users on 18 June 2021 until further notice. This temporary deactivation will affect all existing and new Singapore users on our platform until further notice. In the meantime, you can head to your Hodlnaut account to download your token swap transaction history.
This decision has been made in light of the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s requirement for us to obtain its approval for any new features that we support. Given that token swap is a new feature, in order to comply with regulatory requirements, we have made the decision to suspend the feature for our Singapore users until further notice. Please refer to our updated terms and conditions and privacy policy for more information.
We assure you that we’re still in the running for obtaining our license in Singapore, and we will update our valued users in due course as our application review process progresses. We’re working hard with our regulators, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, to deliver the highest quality of products and services, while being in full compliance with the law, as we build a trustable business for our users.
